Josh Peck weighs the former Drake & Josh co-star Drake Bell convicted this week after pleading guilty on child endangerment charges.
On Thursday, July 15, Josh spoke to Variety at the Disney + series premiere of Turner & Hooch in Los Angeles. During the exchange, the point of sale asked if Drake had been sentenced to two years probation and 200 hours of community service in Cleveland court on Monday, July 12.
“It’s troubling and it’s an unfortunate situation,” said Josh. “It’s disappointing.” The couple starred together in the Nickelodeon comedy series, which signed after four seasons in September 2007.
On June 23, Drake, whose full name is Jared Drake Bell, pleaded guilty to Zoom in attempting to endanger children, a fourth degree felony, and a sexual affair, a first degree misdemeanor. He was arrested by Cleveland Police on June 3 and charged on both counts, initially pleading not guilty.
