Reese Witherspoon knows firsthand what it is like to live in public.
In a new interview for Time, the 45-year-old actress reflects on the ordeal she has faced over the years.
In November 2006, Witherspoon filed for divorce from her current ex-husband Ryan Phillippewho she shares daughter with Ava Phillippe, 21 and Deacon Phillippe, 17. She also has an 8 year old son, Tennessee Toth, With her husband Jim Toth.
In retrospect, the legal blonde alum recalls being followed by the paparazzi who she says they followed her to church, her children’s school, and her soccer practice. She tells the magazine about a time when a motorhome with photographers was parked in front of her Californian home and their cameras turned into her kitchen window to take pictures every hour of the day. She recalls, “My kids will tell you stories about preschoolers and people climbing on the roofs of our cars.”
