Temasek portfolio rises to document after market rally, Cash Information

0

SINGAPORE, July 13 – Singapore’s Temasek Holdings reported a 25 percent increase in its portfolio value to a record $ 381 billion in March 2021, with profits driven by a global equity rally and the public listing of some of its holdings.

One of the largest investors in the world, Temasek is anchored in Asia, with 64 percent exposure to the region based on the underlying assets of its portfolio companies, most of which are based in China and Singapore.

The increase in portfolio value was the highest in a decade, following a 2.2 percent decline last year, with the state investor making record investments and sales last year, Temasek executives said at a press conference on Tuesday (July 13) .

“The pandemic has accelerated the longer-term trends that shape our investment stance. This is especially true of the digitization trend, ”said Mukul Chawla, joint head of Temasek’s telecommunications, media and technology investments.

Chawla said the move to work from home created a demand for online services, payments, digital health and technology platforms, and led some of Temasek’s privately held companies to go public.

Airbnb and food delivery company Doordash were some of Temasek’s portfolio companies that were listed.

Diego Lopez, Managing Director of the sovereign wealth fund tracker Global SWF, described Temasek’s performance as “very robust”.

He said Temasek may not have benefited as much from the rally in US stocks as some other global investors because it is a more strategic investor.

Temasek’s increase in investments by more than 50 percent shows the strength and expertise to seize opportunities in the market when they arise, Lopez said.

In Temasek’s Chinese technology portfolio, ride-hailing giant Didi Global and Alibaba fintech subsidiary Ant Group have become targets of regulatory crackdowns in recent months.

“We pay attention to regulation and regulation not only in China. So I don’t think it changes our attitude towards China in any way, ”said Chawla. “We’ll keep investing, we’ll consider regulation when it comes out.”

In contrast to many government investors, Temasek mainly invests in stocks, with unlisted assets accounting for 45 percent of the total portfolio.

[[nid:536387]]

MSCI’s Asian stock index excluding Japan rose 55 percent for the year ended March 31, 2021, and Singapore’s Straits Times index rose 28 percent.

The rally also boosted Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund, which posted record investment returns this month.

Temasek’s major public holdings include DBS Group, China Construction Bank, Alibaba Group, and Standard Chartered.

Temasek’s one-year total shareholder return rose to 24.5 percent in the course of the year to March, after minus 2.28 percent in the previous year.

The largest proportion of Temasek’s new investments last year was again in America, followed by Singapore and China.

When to see the Perseid meteor bathe this summer time

Celestial events are often temporary, which is why the most determined stargazers stay up at odd hours and even venture into uncomfortable conditions to catch a glimpse of the ephemeral wonders. But every summer the Perseid meteor shower sweeps the evening sky for more than a month, leaving even the lukewarm astronomy fans no excuse to miss the show that unfolds right over their heads.

The annual meteor shower is back, and as a nearly six-week procession of burning rocks screaming through the cosmos, we’re pretty lucky to have it.

What is the Perseid meteor shower?

The Perseids flash across the evening sky every year, usually between mid to late July and mid August. This year, the shower peaks between August 11th and 13th, when a cascade of meteors shoots through the ether at a rate of nearly 100 an hour.

This particular shower cannot be missed as it is widely hailed as the best sky show of the year. The Perseids are the remnants of Comet 109P / Swift-Tuttle, which takes a sluggish course around the Sun every 133 years. according to NASA. Every summer our planet crosses the trail of meteoroids left in the wake of the comet and creates the Perseid meteor shower. The Swift-Tuttle is a monster with a core 25 kilometers in diameter, which NASA puts into perspective: “This is almost twice the size of the object that is believed to have led to the demise of the dinosaurs.”

The shower is named for its closest constellation – Perseus – which is the radian of the Perseids, or the closest star to illuminate a meteor shower. This particular shower is known for casting long streaks that follow the meteoroids as they race through space (a meteoroid is called such when it is in space; only when it hits Earth’s atmosphere does it become a meteor classified). On average, about 60 space rocks fly by per hour, but the number can exceed 100 at the height of the shower.

G / O Media can receive a commission

Another reason the Perseids are notable: fireballs. NASA explains how the shower creates these:

Fireballs are larger explosions of light and color that can last longer than the average streak of meteorites. This is because fireballs come from larger particles of cometary material.

Despite the spectacle they create, the Perseids are actually “about the size of a grain of sand”, according to Space.com. The tiny spots move at a staggering speed of 133,200 miles per hour and can reach a temperature of around 3,000 ° C.

How to see the Perseids

The viewing instructions are pretty simple as long as you are in the northern hemisphere. NASA is instructing the hopefuls to “go outside in the hours before dawn, although it is sometimes possible to see meteors from this shower as early as 10 pm”. Finding a clear sky with no light pollution is, of course, one of the best practices for optimal visibility.

While that shower technically starts tomorrow (July 14th), it won’t get better until July turns into August. Take some space on your calendar – it will be worth it.

Millie Bobby Brown’s staff approaches Hunter Ecimovic’s “Offensive” publish

0

Millie Bobby BrownThe team is responding to recent comments on TikTok’s personality Hunter Ecimovic about the 17-year-old Stranger Things star.

After TikToker posted live Instagram footage on Monday July 12th making suggestive comments about Millie and their alleged relationship, her reps released a statement to E! News from Tuesday, July 13th condemning the “dishonest” statements.

“The statements made by Mr. Ecimovic on social media are not only dishonest, but also irresponsible, insulting and hateful,” the statement said. “Instead of having a public debate with him through the press or on social media, we are taking steps to ensure that he ends this behavior once and for all.”

E! News asked Hunter (21) for an answer. The social media creator, whose Instagram account has since been deactivated, has yet to address Millie’s team’s statement publicly.

During his Instagram Live, which featured in clips posted on social media after his account was deactivated, Hunter and friends laughed in response to social media reaction to photos that Millie and Hunter appear to show together . According to media reports and social media posts, the pictures were taken in 2020 when Millie was 16 and Hunter was 20.

How coloration can have an effect on your automotive’s resale worth (and why yellow sells higher than black)

0

Image for article titled How Color Can Affect Your Car's Resale Value (and Why Yellow Sells Better Than Black)Photo: New Africa (Shutterstock)

A recent study shows that color can be a big factor in a car’s resale value – with a three year depreciation rate that can vary by 25% between colors. Most surprisingly, weird colors like yellow or orange fare better overall compared to traditionally “safe” colors like black or gray. But should the resale value of a paint be an important factor in your purchase decision? Well, it’s not that simple – the depreciation margin is skewed by scarcity, model type, and changing consumer tastes.

Safe, boring colors won’t hurt or help you

After a iseecars.com study, the total range for the depreciation of cars within three years, based on the color alone, ranges from 20.4% to 45.6%.

Surprisingly, popular colors like white, black, and silver are right in the middle, while yellow, beige (yes, beige), and orange offer the greatest value. Why should that be so? As iSeeCars Executive Analyst Karl Brauer puts it:

There’s a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy here where a lot of consumers choose these mainstream colors not because they like them but because they assume everyone else will. This makes white, black and silver look very popular. However, our analysis confirms that darker colors tend to hold up their value better than common and popular colors.

G / O Media can receive a commission

The idea is that people are more likely to play it safe with dull colors when the car is new, especially if they plan on selling it later. Used cars, on the other hand, are much cheaper, so it makes sense for people in this buying scenario to choose what they really like, especially if they don’t plan on selling it.

But even the lack of rarer colors on offer does not fully explain the discrepancy, as the results are quite different depending on the car brand and even between models. Orange, for example, is not a common color, but is popular with sportier SUVs or flashy coupes – but it loses an additional 10% in value if the vehicle is a sedan. (And just because a color is rare doesn’t mean it guarantees more value, since brown and gold are both rare and in little demand).

In addition, some colors are in high demand in car type categories that are traditionally low in depreciation (like coupes) and can skew overall results and make it appear that a color is, on average, more popular than it really is. As Tyson Jominy, Vice President of Data and Analytics at JD Power, explains Autoweek:

The danger is to rely on averages for an attribute like color that is not normally distributed across vehicles and segments. We need to isolate a particular vehicle to determine the impact of color on depreciation. How does a yellow F-150 compare to a black F-150 or a silver 911 compared to a blue 911? Here we note that paint can add or subtract a nominal amount available, perhaps up to a few hundred dollars.

How much should you pay attention to color when buying a car?

It is possible to earn a few extra dollars reselling your vehicle by strategically choosing a color that is popular for that model. For example, you could buy a beige truck if you expect it to remain the most popular truck color there as the New York Times points out, many truck owners are small business owners who need a neutral color for their work truck signage. On the other hand, chasing a currently popular color like yellow, you will likely be less fortunate, as the taste can easily change when you are ready to sell it. (Do you remember how big teal was in the 1990s?)

“The reality is, you can buy any color you want without worry,” says Jominy. “Color should rank with other property factors like geography, vehicle maintenance, smoking, pets, young children, or long commutes. The differences are so small at the point of trade-in, and if a dealer isn’t bidding enough because you have a flashy color, list your car on a national used car sales channel to privately sell to another consumer who will . ”

SINGAPORE – Singapore recorded its strongest economic growth in 11 years in the second quarter of 2021, recovering from its worst economic slump on record a year ago due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Southeast Asian economy grew by 14.3% in the second quarter compared to the same period last year, according to preliminary estimates by the Ministry of Trade and Industry. This performance slightly exceeded the jump forecast of 14.2% compared to the previous year, which was forecast by analysts in a Reuters survey.

“The strong growth was largely due to the low base in the second quarter of 2020, when GDP was due to the April 7th to April 1st.

Breaker refers to the partial lockdown in Singapore when large swaths of the economy were shut down to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Compared to the previous quarter, however, the economy shrank by 2%, the ministry said. It added that gross domestic product in absolute terms remained 0.9% below the second quarter of 2019 from April to June this year – before the pandemic.

This is how the different sectors developed in Singapore in the second quarter:

  • The goods manufacturing industry increased by 22.2% compared to the previous year, but shrank by 2.5% compared to the first quarter.
  • The service industries grew by 9.8% compared to the previous year, but contracted by 1% compared to the first quarter.
  • The main manufacturing sector grew 18.5% year-over-year and contracted 1.8% compared to the first quarter.

Singapore saw a resurgence of Covid cases this year, prompting the government to tighten social distancing measures in early May. Authorities began to gradually relax these restrictions last month as the number of local infections subsides.

Since the beginning of last year, the country has confirmed more than 62,700 cases of the coronavirus and 36 deaths as of Tuesday, data from the Ministry of Health showed.

The Southeast Asian country has one of the highest vaccination rates in the world. More than 70% of the roughly 5.69 million residents have received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, and over 41% are fully vaccinated, according to CNBC calculations based on data from the Ministry of Health.

Pfizer says it’s growing a Covid booster shot to fight the extremely transmissible Delta variant

0

Pfizer and BioNTech announced Thursday that they are developing a Covid-19 booster vaccine that will target the Delta variant amid concerns about the highly communicable strain that is already the predominant form of the disease in the United States.

The companies said that while they believe a third shot of their current two-dose vaccine has the potential to maintain the “highest level of protection” against all currently known variants, including Delta, they are “vigilant” and are developing an updated version of the Vaccine.

“According to real data from the Israeli Ministry of Health, the vaccine’s effectiveness in preventing infections and symptomatic diseases has declined six months after vaccination, although its effectiveness in preventing serious diseases remains high,” a written statement said Companies.

“These results are consistent with an ongoing analysis of the companies’ Phase 3 study,” they said. “This is why we have said, and continue to believe, that, given the totality of the data we have, it is likely that a third dose may be required within 6 to 12 months of full vaccination.”

Clinical trials could begin as early as August, subject to regulatory approvals, the companies said.

The announcement comes on the same day the Olympic Games organizers said they would be banning all viewers from the Games this year after Japan declared a state of emergency designed to stem a wave of new Covid-19 infections that are partly due to the Delta variant is due.

Delta is estimated by the World Health Organization to be about 55% more transmissible than Alpha, the variant first found in the UK that once dominated the US, didn’t do as well at protecting against mild illnesses and the spread of the disease to others, scientists say.

On Monday, Israeli officials reported a decrease in the effectiveness of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine in preventing infections and symptomatic diseases, but said it remained highly effective in preventing serious diseases.

In the US, health officials are urging all eligible Americans to get vaccinated as soon as possible, especially before the fall season when Delta is expected to lead to a further surge in new coronavirus cases, especially in places with the lowest vaccination rates.

There are about 1,000 counties in the U.S. with a Covid vaccination rate of less than 30%, most of which are located in the Southeast and Midwest, said CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky recently. In these areas, the authority already sees increasing infection rates due to the further spread of the delta variant.

Pfizer and BioNtech executives have repeatedly said that people will likely need a booster vaccination or a third dose within 12 months of full vaccination, as they expect vaccine-induced immunity to wear off over time. They also said that people are likely to have to take extra shots every year.

Pfizer and BioNTech are developing booster vaccines and are expected to apply for US approval for a third dose of their vaccine shortly.

Scarlett Johansson Look-Alike might be Black Widow Physique Double

0

Is the world ready for another Black Widow?

Kate Shumskaya, an influencer best known for her TikTok videos, is exploding on the platform because she bears an uncanny resemblance to her Scarlett Johansson. The doppelganger has more than six million followers on the platform and over 70 million likes for her videos.

She even cosplayed as Scarlett’s characters, often dressing up as Black Widow character Natalia Alianovna Romanoff while engaging in normal activities. Most recently, she shared several videos in which she interacts with other Marvel characters using trending TikTok sounds in the process. Kate apparently built a brand on her look similar to Scarlett. The influencer’s Instagram biography even says: “The illegitimate daughter of Scarlett Johansson”.

While it’s unknown if Scarlett is being alerted to her doppelganger on TikTok, the A-listener’s career is busier than ever. Her Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Black Widow, just hit theaters, and the film’s credits may have just been teasing a spin-off TV show that she could star in.

What it is best to learn about Guillain-Barré Syndrome and COVID vaccines

0

Woman holding arm, it's a photo but we pretend she has weakness or pain from GBSPhoto: aijiro (Shutterstock)

Some people who received the Johnson & Johnson / Janssen COVID-19 vaccine (the one-dose vaccine) have developed a disease known as Guillain Barre Syndrome. It has happened often enough that the FDA has asked them to add a note on the patient information sheet, but it is still not considered changing the risk / benefit balance of vaccination. (All COVID vaccines are much safer than an actual COVID vaccine.)

What is Guillain-Barré Syndrome?

First, because it’s not obvious: The first word is pronounced “GEE-yawn” and the second rhymes with “Hurray”. People sometimes just call it GBS.

GBS is not new: it is already known to happen in around 1 in 100,000 people each year, and 60-80% of cases follow a bacterial or viral illness, such as flu or food poisoning, they say GBS-CIDP Foundation International. GBS is also a known and rare side effect of the flu vaccine, though You are more likely to get GBS from the actual flu than from the flu vaccine.

In GBS, the immune system attacks the isolation of our nerve cells. (When you think of the rubber coating around an electrical wire, each of our long, thin nerve cells is like that wire, and there are cells full of an insulating substance called myelin As a result, you may experience weakness or numbness in your legs, or nerve problems in other areas of the body that may include difficulty breathing or movement of the facial muscles.

Guillain-Barré is usually not life threatening or permanent, but this can vary. According to the GBS-CIDP Foundation, 90% of patients survive the acute phase of the disease within four weeks. During this phase, there are treatments that can limit the amount of nerve damage that occurs.

G / O Media can receive a commission

After the acute phase, it takes some time to regain strength and nerve function, possibly months to years. Most people make a full recovery, but in some cases weakness, pain, or fatigue are left that never go away completely.

GBS can be a rare side effect of a COVID vaccine

The CDC and FDA have identified several cases of GBS in VAERS, the database that allows anyone to submit reports of possible vaccine side effects. This is the same database that anti-vaccine activists search for reports of deaths or other frightening diseases; the information contained therein has not been checked. But if a worrying symptom shows up enough times, the CDC contacts the investigation to investigate reports.

That’s how we found out the blood clots serious enough to warrant a break when giving the J&J vaccine this spring. (The next time you see someone who suggests that deaths or serious illnesses are being ignored in VAERS, remember. Reports of serious side effects that actually stand up to investigation are taken seriously.)

The FDA added this information the data sheet administered with the J&J vaccine:

Guillain-Barré syndrome (a neurological disorder in which the body’s immune system damages nerve cells, causes muscle weakness, and sometimes paralysis) has occurred in some people who received the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. Most of these people experienced symptoms within 42 days of receiving the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. The likelihood of this occurring is very small. You should see a doctor immediately if you develop any of the following symptoms after receiving the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine:

* Weakness or tingling, especially in the legs or arms, which get worse and spread to other parts of the body

* Difficulty walking

* Difficulty making facial movements, including speaking, chewing, or swallowing

Double vision or inability to move your eyes

* Difficulty controlling your bladder or bowel function

Should this change my decision about vaccination?

The risk of GBS after the J&J vaccination is still very low, and it’s just a little bit higher than the risk of GBS that you have as a person in this world right now. (Three to five times higher, but that means about three to five people per 100,000 instead of one per 100,000.)

The risks of the J&J vaccine or any other COVID vaccine are far lower than the risks of an actual COVID infection. Almost all COVID deaths in the US are from people who have not been vaccinatedSo if you are concerned about your health it is still better to get vaccinated than not to get it.

Tips on how to return to Home windows 10 for those who remorse putting in Home windows 11

Image for the article titled How to Return to Windows 10 If You Regret Installing Windows 11Photo: sdx15 (Shutterstock)

The Windows 11 beta recently got its first major version update, but it brought a big change that some users aren’t happy with: they can’t revert to the classic Windows Start menu layout. Instead, they are Windows 11 users now forced to use the redesigned start menu and taskbar, which is centered at the bottom of the screen. The update even corrects a registry editing trick that restores the old layout. The new Start menu doesn’t look bad in itself, but many users are dissatisfied with the change.

Now, it’s possible this is just a temporary change, and the old Start menu will return in a future update – but it’s not the only problem Windows Insiders have encountered. Windows 11 is still in the early testing phase, so bugs, missing features, and compatibility issues are common. While the final version of Windows 11 might be worth upgrading, some users may regret upgrading to beta.

If that is you, don’t worry, you can go back to Windows 10 (and its Start menu layout). There are two rollback methods:

  • Revert to an old version of Window via the Windows 11 Settings menu.
  • Reinstall a clean instance of Windows 10 using an installation CD or USB drive.

Returning to Windows 10 from Windows 11 Settings is the fastest and easiest option as it will keep your personal files intact. However, it is only available for 10 days after installing Windows 11. After that, your old system files will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored, so it will no longer be available to beta testers who have been using Windows 11 for a few weeks.

Fortunately, you can still reinstall Windows 10 using installation media, but this will reset your PC to factory settings, erasing your files and apps.

G / O Media can receive a commission

In either case, you should back up your files before proceeding. Even if the recovery method keeps your files, there is always a possibility that something could go wrong. We cover several methods for Back up your Windows PC herebut the best thing to do is to just copy whatever you want to save to an external hard drive.

Here’s how to return to Windows 10 from the Windows 11 Settings menu

  1. Go to Settings> System> Recovery.
  2. Scroll down to Recovery Options> Previous Version of Windows, and choose “Go back” when it is available. If it doesn’t, move on to Method 2 below.
  3. You will be asked to provide a reason for uninstalling Windows 11. Then, if you want to check for updates instead of uninstalling Windows 11, click “No thanks” to proceed with the rollback.
  4. Follow the remaining instructions on the screen, and then select “Back to the previous build” to finally start the process.
  5. Let the rollback process complete. This may take a while, but once it’s done you’ll be safely back on Windows 10 with your files intact.

How to uninstall Windows 11 and reinstall Windows 10

Reinstalling Windows 10 requires some form of physical installation media. If you have a Windows 10 installation CD (and your PC has a CD drive) insert this vacuum cleaner and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

If you don’t have an installation CD – and I assume most people don’t – you can make your own installation CD or USB stick. You need to download the Windows 10 Installation Media Creator Tool (available here), a blank disc or a USB stick with at least 8 GB of storage space.

Run the program, and then follow the on-screen instructions to create your installation media and complete the Windows 10 installation process. This will take a while. You’ll also need to install Windows updates, reinstall your apps, and restore your backup files. So, take a good chunk of the time before the update.

Trevor Bauer’s rape prosecutor joked about “getting inside his head” and “sending buddy a cash emoji.”

TREVOR Bauer’s rape prosecutor joked about “getting inside his head” and sent the money emoji to a friend, according to a new message from The Sun.

An anonymous pal, represented by a lawyer, reportedly shared the texts with the Pasadena Police Department and Major League Baseball officials.

The friend’s attorney told The Sun that his client was “an ordinary man who just believes the truth matters.”

The friend said that after the woman’s first meeting with Bauer, she “mentioned that she had a great time”.

Hill, 27, claims the alleged assaults took place on April 21 and May 15 at Bauer’s home.

The couple first started talking on Instagram before agreeing to meet in person, she claimed in a report filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on June 29.

The woman said she consented to have consensual sex with Bauer but that she “did not consent or consent to what he did next … I did not consent to being sexually assaulted.”

Hill claims that the Dodgers pitcher “without asking or telling me, it wrapped my hair around my neck and choked me.”

She also claimed that Bauer slapped her face, slapped her vagina and buttocks, and sodomized her without her permission – she was bleeding and had difficulty walking.

Hill said she passed out on both encounters. In the second, she was slapped in the face.

According to the friend, neither her behavior nor the comments in the texts indicated “anything of concern or indication that a victim was involved”.

The friend told Radar, “This is not in the interest of discrediting anyone’s experience or history in the situation.

“It’s only in the interests of doing the right thing and making sure the truth and all the details are out there.”

Messages from the woman, identified by her lawyers as Ms. Hill, show she bragged that she “can go inside his head.”

The friend’s reply to this message is dated after Mrs. Hill and Bauer first spent the night together.

She joked that she would “get into his head and find pine tar,” referring to a recent rule change that allowed baseball umpires to check the hats of throwers like Bauer for banned substances like pine tar, which give them better control give over the ball. She also sent a “money” emoji.

Rape allegations

It was during this first encounter that the woman later claimed that Bauer used her hair to knock her unconscious before anally raping her.

But the texts also include messages from Hill telling her friend that she was “joking” in the text messages “about his amount of money and how I wanted to be a baseball woman.”

She added that her lawyer “tore up” the police because during an interview she suggested that the news was proof of consent and told her friend that “there is nothing to hide” because the police “mean everything.” SMS and DMS has “.

Hill also appears to be referencing a possible previous relationship with San Diego Padres star Fernando Tatis Jr. in the news to the boyfriend.

Before she meets Bauer, she tells her friend that this week she will “go to his house” and “already” [has] she hooks “, remarked:” You know how I roll “.

Bauer was neither charged nor arrested. He also insisted that the sexual encounters between him and his accuser were consensual.

The Sun has approached a representative from Ms. Hill, the MLB, and the Pasadena Police Department for comment.

POLICE PROBE

Bauer’s paid administrative leave has been extended by another seven days, MLB confirmed last week.

The league had already put the 30-year-old thrower on leave for seven days.

Under Major League Baseball’s domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse policies, the league required the players’ union to extend Bauer’s vacation.

Hill was also issued an injunction against the star.

The Pasadena Police are investigating the assault allegation against him. MLB carries out its own separate probe.

In a statement on Thursday, Bauer’s agent Jon Fetterolf said: “We continue to refute [the woman’s] Allegations fiercely, and Mr. Bauer vehemently denies her report on their two meetings.

“Again, the administrative leave is not a disciplinary measure, nor does it in any way reflect any result of the league’s investigation.”

DISTURBING PICTURES

Text messages appeared to indicate that Bauer sent Hill a message asking how she was doing after the alleged attack.

Bauer is reported to have said: “I feel so bad that this happened. I wish I could be with you. “

A second message read, “I do. I absolutely I never want to see you hurt. “

In disturbing images that are part of the report, Hill can be seen with two black eyes and scratches on his face.

Medical records appear to show she was hospitalized for injuries after their second meeting, claiming she was diagnosed with a head injury and physical injury from manual strangulation.

However, in a report released Thursday, Hill Bauer appears to have said that she likes being choked after their first sexual encounter, stating, “I’ve never been turned on in my life. Give me all the pain Rawr. “

CLAIMS REJECTED

In messages the Sun has seen, Bauer seems to suggest “slap in the face” to which Hill replies, “yes yes yes”.

She is also said to have written: “The pink socks stay ON while cuddling … Buttttt offff [sic] when it’s time to choke me up. “

Hill adds, “Mmmm, get a few slaps in the face and then another handprint on my @ $$.

Bauer, who denies the allegations against him, replies, “Mmmm. Do you even know what pain is?” Hill says, “Idk. Try me.”

The report came after Bauer’s agent Jon Fetterolf told TMZ, “Mr. Bauer had a brief and fully consensual sexual relationship that was done by [the accuser] from April 2021.

“We have messages that show [the accuser] repeatedly asked about ‘rough’ sexual encounters that involve being ‘suffocated’ and slapped in the face. “

A preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled for July 23, which will determine whether the injunction becomes permanent.

Fetterolf said Bauer and his alleged victim had “not corresponded for over a month and not seen each other for over six weeks”.

Fetterolf added: “Your basis for filing a protection order is non-existent, fraudulent and deliberately omitting important facts, information and your own relevant communications.

“Any allegations that the couple’s encounters were not 100% consensual are baseless, defamatory and are fully refuted by law.”
