The latest attempt by Britney Spears‘Team to remove her father from their conservatory has proven unsuccessful.
A Los Angeles Supreme Court judge denied a request from the pop star’s attorney. Samuel D. Ingham III, to have Jamie Spears dropped as his daughter’s co-restorer, as in the E! Messages the judge signed on Wednesday June 30th.
Jamie was named co-administrator of Britney’s estate and person in 2008, with asset management firm Bessemer Trust Company joining him as co-administrator of the estate last year.
“The curator’s motion to suspend James P. Spears immediately following the appointment of the Bessemer Trust Company of California, NA as sole curator of the estate, is denied without prejudice,” the document reads.
This decision follows Britney’s passionate public testimony at the trial of her conservatoire control trial on Wednesday June 23rd to injure his own daughter. “
