In the wise words of Elf (Millie Bobby Brown), “Friends don’t lie.” While we weren’t directly lied to by Netflix, we thought the fourth season of Stranger Things would be out before 2022.
And it seems that we are not the only ones who are desperate for the days Duffer brothers-Created series to return. Case in point: a social media user named XavierHe quipped that he could have the new season ready by next week.
In response, Star Stranger Things David Harbor joked on Instagram: “Ya boy Jim will bring HEAT until 2022 … (sorry, sorry). Check out the sneak peek on every cast member’s Instagram.
Unfortunately for Harbor, some fans thought this was the actor confirming a fifth season of the show. He later clarified, “I can’t believe I have to do this, but in the age of internet bait nonsense … the reference to the 5th I thought that was funny.”
