If you don’t want your partner, spouse, or roommate to check your Google Search or YouTube history, but don’t want to resort to incognito mode, this is good news: you can do it now Hide both behind the password verification.
All of your Google activities, including web and map searches, YouTube history, and Google Assistant queries, are compiled and visible under by default activity.google.com. That means anyone with access to a device you’re signed in to can see what you’ve searched, viewed, and asked.
Once you’ve turned verification on, you (or someone else) will need to enter your Google Account password to view your activity history.
To activate this feature, go to activity.google.com. If you have not already done so, log in and click “Manage My Activity Review” Shortcut.

You will be asked to enter your password on the main Google login screen to confirm. After activation, you need to tap Review button and enter your password every time you want to view your activity history.

If you really don’t want anyone to see your history, you can do so manually or manually Automatically delete your Google activity.
