Danny Masterson continues to plead for his innocence.

According to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman, the former That ’70s Show actor was indicted in a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday, January 20. He pleaded not guilty to three cases of rape involving violence or fear.

Masterson was arrested and charged by the former LA District Attorney Jackie Lacey on June 17, 2020. He was then released on bail of $ 3.3 million.

According to a criminal complaint from E! News, Masterson is accused of violently raping three women in separate incidents that occurred between 2001 and 2003.

If the 45-year-old is convicted, he faces 45 years in prison.

At the time of Masterson’s arrest last June, his attorney issued a statement that read, “Mr. Masterson is innocent and we are confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light and witnesses are given the opportunity to testify. ” “”
