Monica (Teyonah Parris) knew that while Wanda was the one who kicked her out of the hex, Wanda also made sure she wasn’t injured in the process, so Monica wasn’t ready to join SWORD director Hayward (Josh Stamberg) and his decision to call Wanda a terrorist.
Personally, we still very much hope that this show isn’t just about Wanda getting totally angry in the face of her grief. So it was particularly interesting to learn some fun facts about SWORD
Until “nine days ago” the SWORD headquarters was the “top secret location of Vision’s corpse”. Surveillance cameras showed the body in multiple parts that various scientists were working on before Wanda walked in and stole it to resuscitate him.
Jimmy (Randall Park) pointed out that this was a direct violation of Vision’s own will, which stated that it did not want to be used as a weapon by anyone. But does Wanda use it as a weapon? She is enough of a weapon on her own, and she would have resuscitated him because she loves him, not because he is useful and dangerous.
