Whatever your plans, you need to add accessories to your bike so that you can carry things better. Here’s how you can couple more things for the journey so you can leave your car in the driveway more often.

Prepare for the crowd

This is going to be an extremely pedantic post and I am terribly sorry to have to write it. I’ve been into weightlifting for a long time (two words) but for the past year or two I’ve been into weightlifting (all one word). It turns out that these are two very different things.

Amazon Prime Video’s original series May table is a study of literary contrasts. On the one hand we have The Underground Railroad (May 14), a prestige limited series by Oscar winner Barry Jenkins (Moonlight), which adapts the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Colson Whitehead. Based on the book by YA writer Lauren Oliver, this exploitative thriller seeks to put attractive teenagers into frightening situations in order to face their ultimate fears.

I don’t know about you, but I’ll turn to the former first. Jenkins aside, The Underground Railroad is simply one of the most compelling novels I’ve read in the past decade. This book explores America’s darkest legacy in a matter steeped in metaphors and meanings. The ornate trailer certainly promises a lot, both in terms of the narrative (which follows the troubles of Cora fleeing a Georgia plantation pursued by the ruthless slaver Ridgeway) and in terms of luscious graphics. Amazon is clearly striving for HBO prestige here:

Panic, as the breathless title suggests, is much less haughty, mixing a cast of unknown young actors with one insanely silly premise: what if you could escape your boring small-town existence by winning a game to face? and overcome – various fear-inducing situations, from breaking into a person’s house to defying a night in a haunted house. What if actually. There’s no trailer for this yet, but it definitely sounds like it was built for bingeing.

Portal 2 turned 10 this week and gave us the perfect excuse to return to its timeless (and arguably unmatched) puzzle-platform gameplay. But for those who know the levels of the game like the back of their companion cubes, check out the recently released free mod. Portal reloadedthat adds a whole new time travel mechanic to master. It includes 25 levels aimed at Portal 2 veterans, full English voice overs, and subtitle support for 11 languages.

We played through the first levels of Portal Reloaded and it might as well be a full-fledged sequel. The opening puzzles introduce you to the time travel mechanics and should introduce you back to the headspace portal puzzle solving games that are required if it’s been a few years since you last played.

You will receive the legendary portal weapon shortly after the intro. You’ll solve a few more puzzles with pre-placed time warps in the levels, then your portal weapon unlocks the ability to shoot green portals that you can use to hop between game periods at your own discretion. From then on the puzzles are an absolute insane.

As Portal Reloaded’s unnamed AI companion explained early on, adding time to the mix forces you to “think in four dimensions” and “not just where to place portals, but when”. The additional dimension also has its own rules. Some are obvious – moving an object in the present will affect its location in the future – while others take more getting used to, e.g. B. how objects from the future can be brought into the present, but not the other way around. These new rules add an extra layer of complexity that is likely to challenge even the most seasoned Portal 2 players.

I got away from my brief hands-on time with Portal Reloaded and was excited to play more. The new time travel mechanic, puzzle design, and overall production values ​​of the mod are close to those of Valve – but it’s definitely made for portal experts.
