Blocking cargo ships on the Suez Canal may trigger issues for the globe

3. 99.co.

4. UrbanZoom

UrbanZoom ist eine unkomplizierte und nützliche Website für jeden Verkäufer. Geben Sie Ihre Adresse ein und Sie erhalten eine Schätzung Ihres Immobilienwerts. Dies erfolgt über einen Algorithmus, der vergangene Transaktionsdaten und aktuelle Angebotspreise scannt, um einen wahrscheinlichen Wert bereitzustellen.

Dies ist möglicherweise nicht perfekt, z. B. in Fällen, in denen Daten begrenzt oder nicht verfügbar sind.

Es kommt auch darauf an, wie sehr Sie einem Algorithmus vertrauen, um den Wert Ihres Hauses zu bestimmen. Einige Verkäufer werden argumentieren, dass ihre umfangreichen Renovierungsarbeiten oder ihr einzigartiges Layout nicht fair mit anderen Einheiten in der Nähe verglichen werden können.

5. SRX Heat Map

Die SRX-Heatmap bietet eine übergeordnete Ansicht der Preise in verschiedenen Städten / Bezirken. Obwohl es für den Vergleich bestimmter Eigenschaften nicht allzu nützlich ist, kann es Ihnen helfen, einzugrenzen, welche Bereiche in Ihrer Preisklasse liegen.

Die Heatmap ist von blau nach rot farbcodiert, wobei Blau am billigsten und Rot am teuersten ist.

Während sich einige Teile der Karte in den letzten zehn Jahren nicht geändert haben und nicht ändern werden (in einem Vulkan besteht die Chance, dass Distrikt 9 jemals blau wird), gibt es subtile Änderungen. vor allem in Randregionen.

6. Google Maps und Straßenverzeichnis
