Ronan Farrow expresses support for sister Dylan Farrow amid the debut of HBO’s documentary series about her family.

The 33-year-old journalist took to Instagram on Sunday February 21st to share a photo of himself with Dylan, 35. “Proud of my sister,” Ronan signed the recording.

He shared the post on the day HBO featured the first episode in its four-part documentaries Allen v. Farrow had premiered. The project deals with the controversial custody battle of 1992 between Woody Allen and Mia Farrow about kids Ronan, Dylan and Moses Farrow.

Dylan previously claimed that Woody sexually abused her when she was 7 years old. In the trailer by Allen v. Farrow said she hoped the series would address “so much misinformation” regarding this time of her life.

It has been almost two decades since the director was first accused by Midnight in Paris of molesting his adopted daughter. Woody was never arrested or prosecuted and has consistently denied the allegations. When the allegations first became public in the 1990s, he said in a statement: “This is irresponsible and cruelly harmful manipulation of innocent children for vengeful and selfish motives.”
