In the event that “not getting a deadly virus” is not enough to offer your arm for a few doses of the vaccine, Krispy Kreme encourages you a little more – in the form of free donuts all year round.
The company announced today that you can get a free original glazed donut from now until the end of 2021 if you show a valid vaccination card any day, anytime, anywhere. You can go to multiple locations once a week, once a day, or on a specific day, and they’ll just pass them on.
With this offer, Krispy Kreme is doubling its support for everyone involved in the fight against COVID-19. According to a company spokesperson, over the course of the pandemic, the brand has given away more than 30 million donuts to healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, coaches, and senior graduates – more on the way to healthcare workers and volunteers helping deliver the vaccine. And to encourage their own to get the shot, the company gives each employee up to four hours of paid time off to get vaccinated.
If you really want to make the trip to your local Krispy Kreme location worthwhile, go every Monday from March 29th to May 24th and grab a free medium-sized coffee as well – no purchase required. (And if you’re still waiting for your vaccine appointment, get your own free, original glazed donut on these Mondays too.)
