MANCHESTER UNITED are interested in Barcelona star Antoine Griezmann and will reportedly switch to the striker soon.
Barcelona announced the departure of Lionel Messi from the club last week but have yet to sell players to level the books.

Antoine Griezmann could be the next high profile star to leave Barcelona
The Catalan club have to cut their wages and are one of the highest earners ready to let Griezmann go.
The Frenchman is being pursued by United, who Todofichajes said plan to make a low bid given knowledge of Barca’s sales needs.
The 30-year-old Griezmann is reportedly on a gross salary of £ 32m a year and it would greatly benefit Barcelona to get that off their payroll.
The striker is believed to be interested in leaving and has asked his agent to force an exit from the Nou camp.
And after fans booed Griezmann’s arrival at the training ground after Messi’s departure, he may be even more determined to move elsewhere.
Manchester City are also said to have had an eye on Griezmann.
But Pep Guardiola may still have hopes of luring Messi to the Eastlands as the player said yesterday Paris St. Germain was one of several options available to him.

United have spent a lot this summer on signings like Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane.
It has been reported that players would have to be sold to attract more new faces, with Paul Pogba linked to a player with an exit.
But with United potentially selling Anthony Martial to Inter Milan, they might need a new striker and Griezmann would fit the bill.
