TRAGIC Towie star Mick Norcross has been caught up with by a notorious gangster and mysterious moneylender.
Mick, who ran Essex’s famous Sugar Hut nightclub, was believed to be linked to the nickname Long Fella through credits to 6-foot-5-inch crime lord David Hunt.

Mick, 57, was found dead Thursday at home in Bulphan, Essex, but police are not treating it as a suspect and there is no evidence that Hunt was involved.
Mick, whose real estate empire owed £ 8.5million, had tweeted that morning, “At the end of the day, remember that you did the best you could. And that’s good enough. “
He had borrowed over £ 3.5 million from three shady Dubai-based companies to buy Sugar Hut instantly in 2008.
At the time he was friends with Hunt, who later sued The Times for calling him a “gangland boss.”

He lost the case when a high court judge said he had “little difficulty” accepting Hunt as “the leader of an organized crime network involved in extreme violence.”
Mick became famous on Towie in 2010 with son Kirk.
A source said, “Mick had dealt with some very shady characters.
“It’s sad and scary to think about what could have happened behind the scenes and what could have been on his mind.
