India’s wealthy aren’t the one ones fleeing the Covid disaster

Tycoons and Bollywood stars may be some of the best-known residents fleeing India’s coast by private jets as the coronavirus crisis escalates – but they’re by no means the only ones, according to JetSetGo, a private jet charter company.

The situation in India has gotten so bad that even upper-middle-class families are pooling their resources to flee, its co-founder and CEO Kanika Tekriwal told CNBC’s Street Signs Asia.

The South Asian country, which has grappled with a devastating surge in the virus, recorded 412,262 new cases on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases to more than 28 million.

“To say that only wealthy Indians leave India on private jets would be wrong,” said Tekriwal of the Maldives on Thursday.

“What we’ve really seen in the past 10 days is anyone who can put together the resources and funds to raise money for a private jet or to raise money just to get out of the country and get off.”

It’s just people raising money to leave the country. I think they are the ones who fear Covid the most.

Kanika Tekriwal

Co-founder and CEO of JetSetGo

Tekriwal said JetSetGo has seen bookings grow by 900% in the past few weeks – with roughly 70% to 80% coming from the upper-middle class rather than their regular, very wealthy customers. Most of them are fleeing to the Maldives, which are currently offering quarantine in a remote resort for passengers from India, or to Dubai, where entry is possible for business reasons.

“They are just people raising money to get out of the country. I think they fear Covid the most because they are not particularly rich or the most accessible to medical care,” she said.

JetSetGo hasn’t increased its rates to respond to rising demand, Tekriwal said, adding, “That would be opportunistic and wrong.”

But at $ 18,000 to $ 20,000 for an eight-seat jet to the Maldives or $ 31,000 for a six-seat jet to Dubai, the trip isn’t cheap – even for India’s upper-middle class, who make more than $ 15,000 a year.

However, Tekriwal said the situation was so out of control that in some cases the price of a private jet flight could be below hospital fees.

Most of my clients have told me that: “We can spend six months’ salary or our savings on fleeing the country.”

Kanika Tekriwal

Co-founder and CEO of JetSetGo

The hospital stay costs about $ 2,500 a night, she said. “It’s what hospital rooms are aimed at. Even if you have two family members in the hospital for 14 days, you’ll see double the price of a flight to Dubai.”

“This is what most of my clients have told me: ‘We are okay with spending six months’ salary or savings on fleeing the country instead of being in half a hospital bed not knowing how much we’re going to make or when we’re going to pay get a hospital bed at all.“”

Tekriwal added that passengers who test positive for Covid-19 will not be accepted on their regular flights. However, the company offers a separate national and international air ambulance service.

However, a private jet does not guarantee an escape from the virus.

Despite enforcing new security measures since last March – including mandatory testing, regular disinfection of aircraft, and no interaction between passengers and crew – Tekriwal said 30% of its employees have continued to test positive for the virus.

“What hurts me the most is that these teams come in, come out and work with people to get them safely from point A to point B. And when they test positive, they bring the virus home to their families. To theirs young children and their parents, which is pretty worrying, “she said.

“Why? Because you said before that you don’t like filming and stuff like that, so they assume you are the one who made the decision?” Scott defended them. “Do you mind?”

“Yes, they say it as a joke, but I’m sure there are people who really believe it,” Kourtney replied.

Scott said it was “obviously not true” and packing KUWTK was a family choice. Kourtney agreed, and even revealed that this isn’t the first time the Kardashians have questioned whether or not to continue the series.

“Every time our contract expires, we always have the following conversation: ‘Do we want to keep doing this? What are we happy with? What do we want to do?'” Explained Kourtney. “If everyone wanted to continue, I would certainly have continued. If I hadn’t found my island to move to …”

But Scott seemed to have a personal reason why he was hesitant to say goodbye to KUWTK. “My biggest fear is that we will drift apart and not see each other nearly as often because if we don’t work together every day, we certainly won’t see each other every day,” Scott told the camera. “It’s very sad for me, you know. It’s the end of an era.”

Every hobby has its slang, and lifting is no exception. We have compiled a list of the words that are most likely to confuse beginners. So read on to see what you might be missing.

Representative

We don’t usually lift a weight just once; we pick it up and put it down several times. Each of these individual lifts is a repetition or “repetition” for short. You can do eight repetitions at a time, or twelve or five. Even if you only do one, you can still call it a rep because after you’ve been in the gym for an hour, your brain starts to melt a little. “That was a good representative,” you could say after a difficult single. We all know what you mean.

Sets

One set of reps is a lot. For example, you can do five sets of three repetitions each. This is usually written as 5×3 (puts x reps), although some people out there will flip the numbers. If you are not sure, ask.

G / O Media can receive a commission

error

If you are doing a small lift, such as For example, a curl of biceps, often do it “to failure” – until another time you are unable to physically lift the weight.

In larger lifts like a squat, it is not always safe or even desirable to go to the point of actual physical failure. So you can go to the point of technical failure – in other words, doing as many reps as possible while maintaining good shape.

Submaximal

Submaximal training is work that does not lead to failure. Your program may ask you to lift a certain weight until you feel like you have two reps “in the tank”. That means you would pick a weight that you could lift ten times if you had to, but to follow the directions, you would only lift it eight times. Submaximal exercise can be less tiring than causing your elevators to fail.

AMRAP

As many repetitions as possible. Doing a multi-lift workout may mean doing as many laps (of the entire route) as possible. Sometimes both can be written AMAP (as many as possible).

EMOM

Every minute, to the minute. For a 10-minute EMOM, start your stopwatch, do the exercise (say 10 kettlebell turns), then rest for the remainder of the minute. The faster you do the elevators, the more time you need to rest.

1 rpm, 3 rpm, 5 rpm

These are a maximum of one repetition, a maximum of three repetitions and a maximum of five repetitions. (You can substitute any number. Want to find 6RM?

In other words, a 1RM is the maximum weight you can lift for one rep. When someone asks, “How much do you have in the bank?” You ask about your 1RM. This weight can also be referred to as your “maximum” or “best”, as in “My best bench press is 150 pounds”.

The others are “rep maxes”. You may know you can deadlift 225 pounds for five reps, but that’s it, you know you couldn’t get a sixth at that weight. (Maybe you tried the sixth time and failed.) That’s a 5RM.

RPE

Perceived Exertion Rate. When lifting, a 10 means an all-out lift that you couldn’t have done anymore. Nine means you could have done one more rep, but you stopped there. Eight means you could have done two more reps, and so on. For compound lifts like squats, sets are often done with seven or eight RPE. Nobody minds tracking RPE under six or so.

Percentages

Sometimes lifting programs will ask you to do a rate such as 80% of your max. This instruction assumes that you know what your max is. So, once you can bench press 100 pounds, you may be asked to do five reps at 80%, which equates to 80 pounds.

Superset

You can replace two exercises by doing one set each before resting. This can save time in the gym. In most cases, a superset involves two exercises with opposite or unrelated muscles: you can superimpose a bench press with a barbell row, or even a squat with an overhead press. Usually, you rest a little after you’ve done both, and then repeat again.

Circuit

A circuit, sometimes referred to as a giant set, is a superset with more components. Maybe you do four or five exercises in one cycle. While this can save time, often the goal of circuit training is to keep your heart rate high so you can get some cardio, although the main focus is on weight training.

Spotting

To discover someone in an elevator is ready to stand, ready to help when they fail. When bench press, you can tell by standing at the head of the person’s bench. You keep your hands close by (but not on the bar). If they can’t complete a rep, grab the bar and help them put it back safely on the rack.

Some elevators, such as the bench and squats, are spotted frequently. Others, like deadlifts and Olympic lifts, cannot be. Detection is mainly used for safety, but can also be used for forced repetitions (more on this below).

Free weights

Free weights are the dumbbells and dumbbells in a gym as opposed to the machines. They are “free” weights because they are not tied to anything; You can pick them up and do whatever you want.

machinery

The opposite of free weight would be a machine. There are cable machines where you hold a handle that is connected to a stack of weights by a cable and pulley. There are other types of select machines where you stick a needle into a stack of weights and then do the exercise in the manner indicated in the instructions (e.g., you can push or pull a set of handles, or move a pad with your Legs). And there are disk-loaded machines where you take a plate from a rack somewhere in the gym and place it on the machine yourself.

plates

Weight plates are the heavy, round discs that are usually loaded onto the ends of a barbell. In American gyms, the largest are usually 45 pounds.

You can brag about your elevators by indicating how many full size plates are on each end of the bar. One hundred and thirty-five pounds (45 pounds per side, on a 45 pound bar) is a “one-platen” lift. Two hundred twenty-five is “two plates”. Three hundred and fifteen is “three plates” and so on.

Dumbbells

A barbell is the bar on which you load the plates, either empty (the “empty bar”) or loaded (for example, “a 225 pound barbell”).

A standard Olympic size barbell weighs 20 kilograms, or 45 pounds in many American gyms. (20 kg is 44 pounds, so it doesn’t matter which one is.) There are a variety of other dumbbells available, including women’s Olympic bars weighing 15 kg, EZ curl bars with an ergonomic curve, and more. We have a guide to all of these here.

Dumbbells

Dumbbells are the smaller hand weights in the gym. They usually come in pairs and cannot be taken apart. (You can, however, purchase adjustable home gym weights that have their own tiny little plates on each end.) They are so named because of some of the weights historical Bells were used for strength training (think a kettlebell, but more … bell-shaped), and since they made no noise, they were silent or “stupid”.

Clips or collars

When loading weights on a barbell (or adjustable dumbbell) it is handy to have something to hold the weights in place so they don’t slide around. This could be a spring clip that looks like a clothespin or a round collar with a latch.

Negatives

One negative rep of an exercise is doing only the lowered or eccentric part while using the support (often a spotter) to roll back to the top of the repetition. Negative pull-ups (jumping to the top of the bar, then lowering) are a great way to build strength so you can do more pull-ups.

Drop sets

If you do a series of reps to failure, your muscles haven’t completely slacked off. You just can’t lift that particular weight anymore. As a result, bodybuilders sometimes use drop sets, which “drop” some of the weight, in order to do the exercise again with something lighter. You could use 25 pound dumbbells, then put them back and do a few more repetitions with 20 pound dumbbells, then take the 15 pound dumbbells, and so on.

Forced repetitions

This is another strategy for fixing past failures. Ask a spotter to help you lift the final reps of your set instead of taking a different weight. For example, suppose you are doing as many bench press reps as you can manage. Then your spotter puts his hands on the bar and helps you get a few more reps out with them. The last few are “forced” reps.

Covid vaccine maker stocks fluctuated Thursday after the Biden government announced it would support a motion before the World Trade Organization to waive patent protection for the mRNA technology used to fire the shots.

Pfizer was down as much as 5% on Thursday from Wednesday’s close of trading, while Moderna fell nearly 12% before both stocks made up for most of those losses. The companies use the same mRNA technology to make their recordings. Pfizer, which makes its Covid-19 vaccine with French pharmaceutical company BioNTech, closed about 1% that day, while Moderna lost about 1.4% that day.

South Africa and India are urging US officials and the WTO to temporarily forego patent protection so that developing countries can manufacture the life-saving vaccines until world leaders can bring the pandemic under control. Human rights organizations like Doctors Without Borders, Oxfam and Amnesty International have all signed a letter in support of the proposal.

U.S. Sales Representative Katherine Tai wrote a statement Wednesday evening supporting the change.

“This is a global health crisis and the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic call for extraordinary measures,” she said. “The government firmly believes that protecting intellectual property, but in the service of ending this pandemic, supports the removal of this protection for COVID-19 vaccines.”

Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel told investors on a earnings call Thursday that he had “not lost a minute of sleep” on the news and said traders’ concerns were false.

Last year, Biden made an election promise to “absolutely positively” renounce vaccination patents, the implementation of which could take some time.

Critics of the move say that developing countries do not have the infrastructure to produce the vaccines, others disagree.

Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca both use an adenovirus, a common type of virus that typically causes mild cold symptoms, to make their Covid vaccines. The stocks of these two companies barely changed on Thursday.

The waiver of patent protection can take months or even years. Analysts largely shook off the news.

“We believe a new manufacturing operation can take 6 to 9 months to scale up, effectively limiting the impact of other manufacturers. While we expect the headlines to put pressure on MRNA, we don’t see any significant practical impact from this news,” said the Morgan Stanley analysts said in a research report Thursday.

Other Bank of America analysts note that “US support does not mean approval when WTO decisions require consensus, and other members such as the EU, UK, Japan and Switzerland are currently opposed to intellectual property surrenders.” from.”

Chancellor Angela Merkel spoke out against the exemptions together with these countries on Thursday. The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, did not accept the plan and said in a speech that she was “ready to discuss proposals for effective and pragmatic management of the crisis”.

“The limiting factor in the manufacture of vaccines is the production capacity and high quality standards, not the patents,” a Merkel spokeswoman said in a statement.

Bank of America analysts also cited “barriers to vaccine development, including sourcing raw materials, developing manufacturing and engineering know-how.”

Both Pfizer and Moderna already have plans to produce billions of cans in the meantime, leaving essentially all competitors far behind in the manufacturing process.

Fry your eggs in cream

Now that we are deep in May and Easter is well behind us, you might think that the days of the cream eggs are over. This is only partially true. The days of cream eggs are (unfortunately) over, but the days of cream eggs are only just beginning. At least for me.

Eggs fried in cream first caught my eye about a year ago when Food52 wrote about them, but the idea (as far as I can tell) came from Ideas in food, this is a pretty good blog with – as the name suggests – pretty good ideas about food. One of her good ideas is obviously frying eggs in cream and I wish I had tried it sooner.

It is less of a recipe than a method: you pour some cream into a pan, crack the eggs in the cream and season everything with salt. Cook the eggs over medium heat until the water boils off the cream and the proteins and sugar start to caramelize and brown, resulting in very tender, very tasty fried eggs.

It will do this for a while. It will do this for a while. Photo: Claire Lower

The cream will lather for a while, especially if you have a lot of it in the pan but aren’t concerned. This is the water that boils, and it is necessary. When I first made this, I filled the pan to the brim with cream before adding the eggs. It was too much and by the time the cream caramelized the yolks were a little overcooked. I recommend starting with 3-4 tablespoons of cream for two eggs and increasing it if things look too dry too quickly. Both Food52 and Ideas in Food recommend removing the eggs from the stove and covering them to finish cooking. However, I found that by the time the cream started to caramelize, my whites were completely set.

G / O Media can receive a commission

Illustration for article titled Fry Your Eggs in Heavy CreamPhoto: Claire Lower

As you can see, there is a nice gradation in the degree of yolk doneness with this method – the top is super soft, almost runny, while the base is hard-boiled but not strong enough to taste like sulfur. But the real hero of the play is the whites. They’re incredibly tender, a bit crispy around the edges, and really took on the rich, sweet character of the caramelized cream.

I only have one bone to pick with this method: when the cream caramelizes, it melts into the pan – even with a non-stick coating! – in a way that is quite annoying when cleaning. It doesn’t mess up the finish or anything, it just takes a fair bit of scrubbing to remove it and I’ve never had to scrub a Teflon coated pan before. But the eggs come out of the pan pretty easily, and that medium amount of scrubbing is a small price to pay for eggs as forgiving as this one.

Weddings have been suspended in Scotland for almost a full year as lockdown restrictions and public safety guidelines were put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Stricter rules for indoor and outdoor gatherings have impacted those looking to tie the knot. However, these rules were relaxed last month, as ceremonies and receptions can now accommodate up to 50 guests.

However, there are still strict rules for each lockdown level, including no singing and dancing, prohibited occupations, no live music, and wearing face masks at all times except while eating.

And for beloved couples looking to tie the knot in a post-pandemic Scotland, financial experts at NetVoucherCodes.co.uk have compiled a list of eight top tips to help you cut costs and save money without compromising.

Expensive flowers, photographers, and groceries can bring back thousands of pounds for the newlyweds. So planning a wedding is all about knowing where to prioritize and allocating the budget accordingly.

Eight tips for saving money at weddings

These tips from NetVoucherCodes.co.uk can help you keep your wedding expenses on track and on budget.

Everything in the date

The best way to save the cost of the venue is to pick a less desirable date for the event.

Because of their prime weekend location, Saturdays are usually the most expensive, closely followed by Sundays and Fridays.

To save some money, opt for a weekday wedding. Not only will the venue be cheaper but also some other providers, such as caterers, as weekends are in high demand.

Getting married during the off-season wedding in your area is another simple trick that can keep your money growing. There is little demand for the dates, so the venues are offering them at a discount.

Help with rental planning

While wedding planners are an expense in themselves, they can help couples get the most affordable deals from vendors and stay within their allotted budget.

Those who cannot turn to a human planner can use apps and journals to create guest lists, spreadsheets, budgets and checklists. A paper planner also allows brides and grooms to have all of their income, expenses, and ideas in one place.

Most read money stories today

Hold on to memories

Book a photographer for a shorter day so they can still capture the most important moments, but not bill for the full 12-14 hours.

Prices can drop significantly if late nights and early morning hours are not required. It is also worth reaching out to newly qualified photographers. Your portfolio will be available on social media and your daily rate will be much cheaper due to lack of experience.

If a photo booth is better suited for the wedding, you can save money by setting up a Polaroid station with some cameras, props, and rolls of film.

Book small

Couples can upgrade their package or wedding plan at any time, but downgrading is much more difficult. Book the big day based on the minimum number of guests with the lowest catering package and adjust as the date approaches and more people respond.

That way, there is no worry if guests get off in advance or if something unexpected happens.

The best weddings are not always the biggest ceremonies

Offers and discounts

Familiarize yourself with wedding expenses and only shop against the big day when deals are available.

Follow the most popular clothing stores, suppliers, and florists on social media to stay up to date on their sales and specials.

Using discount codes online can help save money on some of the most expensive aspects of a wedding.

Hometown chickens

Let’s face it, no one has been out for long enough that a night in the area would feel like a distant treat. Take advantage of friends and family who are no longer on the road and plan the perfect hen or bachelorette party in your hometown. Hit everyone’s old favorites and the newest, chicest bar around.

Go retro

In the early 1970s, it was common for weddings to have a humble guest list, borrowed dresses, and receptions in church halls or in the back room of a pub, with buffets at a distant aunt’s best dishes.

Many couples are currently opting for smaller affairs as well, sharing their “Cere-Mini” day with 15 close guests and planning a “Cere-Many” party in the future if the restrictions are relaxed.

High money-saving marriage ceremony ideas, together with hometown hen events and fancy pictures choices

Save money and don’t get involved in expensive catering

Save paper

Paper and printing costs for stationary weddings can be very costly. It is always worth ordering all the items you need at once, e.g. B. Invitations, envelopes, service orders, and seating maps to reduce delivery and payments for multiple orders.

Also, consider which couples a day can share a menu or song sheet to save costs. Partners with pretty penmanship may even consider writing invitations and self-addressing envelopes.

Make a day out of it and invite friends or family for company and support.

“Coronavirus has affected almost every area of our lives, but major events were particularly hard hit. The couples who spent the pandemic changing their plans will be fed up with the postponements and cancellation costs and want to know how to save some money.

Dow climbs 100 factors to hit one other report excessive amid better-than-expected job information

US stocks rose Thursday as investors waited for Friday’s much-anticipated job report to gauge the pace of the labor market recovery.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 100 points to hit an all-time high after hitting a record close in the previous session. The S&P 500 was 0.2% higher. The Nasdaq Composite fell 0.4%.

The gains came after a better than expected reading of unemployment claims. Initial unemployment insurance claims for the week ending May 1 were 498,000, a new low in the pandemic and better than a Dow Jones estimate of 527,000.

The data came the day before the job report was published on Friday in April. Economists polled by Dow Jones estimate that a total of 978,000 people were hired last month and that the unemployment rate will fall from 6% to 5.8%.

“Today’s reading is further evidence that we are one step closer to full economic recovery, sooner than some expected,” said Mike Loewengart, managing director of investment strategy at E-Trade Financial. “When we see serious momentum emerging on the labor front, all eyes will be on how the Fed may implement this.”

PayPal shares rose 1.5% after the company posted better-than-expected earnings and sales rose 31% in the most recent quarter.

Etsy rose 11% after warning that sales will slow down as the pandemic subsides.

The Nasdaq Composite posted its fourth consecutive negative session on Wednesday for its longest daily losing streak since October. The tech-heavy index and the S&P 500 are each lower for the week. The Dow is on track to break a two-week losing streak.

“The tech sector’s earnings momentum versus the broader market peaked in late May 2020,” said Keith Lerner, chief market strategist at Truist. “Given that we expect the economy to grow well above trend this year and next, value will benefit. If you look at value indices, they are dominated by financials and tend to be stronger in economics sensitive sectors engaged, which are more strongly committed to an economic recovery. “

The Russell 1000 Value Index is up 16% this year while the Russell 1000 Growth Index is up 5%.

However, he added that the concerns remain in the market. For one thing, the federal government’s stimulus packages have boosted growth, and at some point the economy will have to return to organic growth.

Busiest week of earnings is now in the rearview mirror, but some companies have yet to deploy their quarterly updates.

Dropbox, Expedia, Roku, Beyond Meat, Shake Shack and Square will report back after market closes.

Why Cats Knock Over Your Issues – And How To Cease Them

A short-haired gray tiger cat stretches out one paw to a lit candle that sits on a round black side table. There is also a gray mug, a black notebook and a phone in a red case on the table.Photo: Veera (Shutterstock)

Cats love to knock things over and knock things off tables, which can lead to a lot of broken items. Are they bad goblins who hate your stuff? Somehow – but not exactly. Here is the truth about this annoying behavior, and how you can prevent it.

You shouldn’t be surprised to learn that cats knock things over because it’s fun. That’s it – that’s the whole explanation. If you want to stop doing this, you need to know why this particular hobby is so enjoyable, so that you can provide your cats with better and less destructive opportunities for that energy.

It’s everything cats love in an activity

How This video from the Grady Veterinary Hospital YouTube channel explains cats like to jump on things. They also love to examine potential prey – which any small object could be to cats – by poking them with a paw and watching what happens. If it moves, great; if it makes a noise, even better; If it does both, jackpot. Once they find something that is fun to play around with, stick with it until the prey finally dies or they get bored and move on to their next victim.

When you bump things off a counter or table, all three activities come together into one, such as: B. CrossFit for cats. You get a difference in height and a veritable buffet of things to nudge and poke, and so much the better if it rolls around in an exciting way and makes funny noises when it hits the floor – then you can play with it even more.

It gets the attention

It doesn’t take long for cats to find out that sending something on the floor makes a lot of noise, which can result in a human caretaker running to investigate. How Veterinarian and author Dr. H. Ellen Whiteley explains In a HowStuffWorks article, this is incredibly valuable information for a cat:

[O]In fact, if a cat learns that tapping something on the floor is slowing people up, it may do so on purpose to get your attention, especially if it thinks a meal is long overdue.

G / O Media can receive a commission

It might be part of the point for your cat to get you to jump up from your comfy reading chair to yell and yell over another broken glass of water – so don’t give them the satisfaction.

How to stop them

Stopping this behavior is pretty easy, but you need to change your surroundings a bit. Since the difference in height is at least half the fun of the overturn game, give your cats something different that will make them more enjoyable to climb onto your end table or bookcase. Cat behavior specialist J.ackson Galaxy recommends developing a cat highway– a route that takes you from the ground up and around the room without having to come back down. If that’s a little too complicated, try giving them a few berths at different elevations.

Tired cats don’t have any problemsSo play with your cat a lot. Choose toys that offer the same paw feedback they get when you hit the counter, such as toys. B. wand-based or wire-based toys, ball-and-track toys, or motorized animals. A laser pointer will definitely tire them out, but since cats cannot capture light, they may not be satisfying their foray enough to keep them away from your belongings.

You also need to change your behavior. Don’t leave valuable fragile items where your cat can reach them. If they’re really into water glasses, switch to plastic or metal until they’re settled into their new digs and playing routine. And remember: your cat probably loves calling you from another room by causing you to crash something. Don’t drop what you’re doing and run to the crime scene every time (or feed them to silence them). Take a few minutes to make things over, then quietly clean up the mess. As time goes on, you don’t have to do it that much.

News ahead of today’s premiere of the ninth season of MDLNY. “I’ve been very vocal about having one or more women for years. There was enough testosterone.”

The teaser trailer shows that Kirsten has no problem getting her male colleagues in shape. “It’s a tough question, and I say that lovingly,” laughed Fredrik.

He actually bumps Kirsten’s heads at the start of the season before she joins his team Douglas Elliman. “You and I definitely do it, but I love her. She’s lovely, she’s stylish, she’s cool, and most of all, she’s a really, really good broker,” Fredrik continued. “I’m so happy that the network cast a woman who is so beautiful but so good. People will enjoy seeing their business and that makes me happy. More power to them.”

Dad of two can’t even believe Kirsten has three children in addition to being a realtor. “I mean come on!” he was joking.
