Hello! I wrote Lifehacker’s Appreciation Tech 911 Advisory column for three years and ongoing, with a new rate arriving every Friday at 9:00 a.m.CET (except for the occasional vacation day). I would love to continue like this – but to get us through this summer, I need more of your technical questions. All you’ve got, throw it in my way.
I’ve published, give or take about 150 columns, which means I’ve helped many people face the most bizarre technological problems. We are through the valley of “How did porn get onto my device?Together; We have prevented the social isolation caused by pandemics by restoring access to hacked Facebook accounts;; we have spoken a quantity over Networking. (What’s more important for self-induced COVID isolation than a good WiFi connection? I mean, other than Girl Scout cookies.)

I’m here for you. Even if I don’t know the exact solution to your specific problem, I can walk you through any fixes I can think of (or research) so you can be sure you haven’t missed the obvious. I definitely don’t want you to seek expensive help when there is a simple solution that you are not familiar with.
